Step 2: Read the Number-One Ranked Template
The first card (highest score) is the AI's primary recommendation. It displays the template name, an ATS-compatibility badge, a fit score percentage, and a detailed reasoning paragraph explaining the score based on your resume's specific content.

Purpose: Understand which template CareerCove most strongly recommends for your resume.

Benefit: Gives you a single clear recommendation backed by AI reasoning rather than trial and error.

Outcome: The top-ranked "Modern Tech Professional" template card is visible with its 94% score and full reasoning.

Step 3: Read the Second-Ranked Template for Comparison
Review the second-ranked template card. Comparing the top two recommendations helps you understand the trade-offs — for example, a Corporate layout may score slightly lower overall but could be preferred for government or finance applications.

Purpose: Compare the #1 and #2 ranked templates to make an informed choice.

Click "Back to Dashboard" to return to your resume workspace. From there, navigate to Template Settings and apply the highest-scoring template, turning the AI recommendation into an immediate, measurable resume improvement.
