2. Content Guidelines: You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Service, including resumes, cover letters, and other career documents. All content must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

3. AI-Generated Content: While our Service uses AI to help generate content, you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of any AI-generated content before using it.

4. Service Modifications: We reserve the right to withdraw or modify our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice.

1. Free and Paid Services: CareerCove offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features available in each plan are described on our pricing page.

2. Billing: For paid subscriptions, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

3. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Refunds: Refund policies are described on our pricing page. In general, we do not provide refunds except in cases where required by law.

5. Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any price changes by posting the new prices on our pricing page and/or by sending you an email notification.

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

Any content obtained from the Service; and

Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
